Little Stars Performing Arts Program

Early childhood education is a partnership between parents and the educator to provide experiences that will lay the foundation for future learning. Children were born to be creative and are so eager to learn at such a young age! Through the Little Stars Performing Arts Program, it is my mission to provide preschool aged children with developmentally appropriate activities in a stimulating environment where they are free to explore and learn and continue an education in all of the arts.

The Little Stars Performing Arts Program is based on utilizing the performing and visual arts to grow your child’s curiosity and imagination, stimulating learning and maturity in all other areas of growth. Children learn a daily lesson focus, weekly lesson goals and monthly curriculum themes utilizing the dance arts, dramatic arts, musical arts, visual arts, tumbling, center play,  counting and reading.  We are dedicated to making sure your little performer will have the opportunity to explore and grow, create and discover, build relationships, and become confident in themselves and the world around them.

Thank you for you interest in the Little Stars Performing Arts Program at Dance 4 Life Academy. As you know, in the first five years of your child’s life, he or she will go through some incredible developmental stages. I am looking forward to educating and bringing the fun and beauty of the arts into their lives!

*The main studio doors (lobby entrance/Suite A) will lock as soon as the class begins at 9:00 am and unlock at 11:55am. Extended hours may be available soon if this kicks off again. Call the studio phone number on the front door if you need in during the time when doors are locked and a staff member will let you in. The secondary doors (tumbling room/Suite B) and back doors remain locked at all times.

*We have 2 restrooms. Only one child is allowed in a restroom at a time. We encourage the children to use the potty as independently as possible, and we have chosen attire that will allow for a child to easily get themselves dressed and undressed. Some children will require more assistance than others and the teachers are available to help as necessary. If you are concerned about "accidents" it is okay to send your child in a pull-up as they transition further into potty training. We will not change soiled pull ups or diapers.

*Communication is key! Always keep us informed of anything we need to know about that would help us keep your child and our studio safe.
